We have a two-day return policy after receiving the order
Product must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Plus a receipt or proof of purchase
For returns, you can contact us on WhatsApp or email. If the return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send the package. Shipments sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Please inspect your order before receiving and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
The customer’s receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment (carton) is in good condition
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of products, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special or personal orders), and personal care items are not returnable. We also do not accept coffee return or order cancellation if it has been shipped. Please contact if you have questions or concerns about a specific product
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards
Modify and cancel the order:
- The order can be modified or canceled if the order status is new only, and the order cannot be modified or canceled if the order status has been shipped or delivery is in progress
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product, after return you can make a separate purchase for the new product
The payment will be automatically refunded using the original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
